The 2021 Reserve Chardonnay is a lush, creamy chardonnay with a rich, full mouthfeel. It has flavors and aromas of fresh butter, almond, honey, citrus blossom and pineapple. It is full bodied, yet elegant with balanced acidity that lingers into the finish.
Sauvignon Blanc likes hot weather, and Winemaker Bruce McGuire selected favorite lots from warm regions in Santa Ynez Valley for our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, SYV. It's fresh, bright, and crisp, with zesty flavors of pineapple and citrus. The finish lingers with minerality and pleasing acidity.
The 2020 Chardonnay has aromas of honeysuckle, apple blossom and lemon zest followed by soft accents of vanilla. Apricot and honeydew flavors flow across the palate, with lightly toasted oak, cool minerality and a lingering citrus note adding texture and depth. This wine is clean, with a persistent finish. Enjoy with roasted chicken or salmon with cream sauce.
Our 2021 Dry Riesling has citrus notes of lemon, lime, and orange blossom. These tart flavors get balanced out by the green apple and honey notes. This great wine has a long finish with salted caramel and peach aromas. This Riesling is another in a long line of Rieslings that Winemaker Bruce McGuire has crafted over the years.
Our 2022 Rosé of Pinot Noir is a vibrant, deep pink color. This brightly acidic and balanced rosé has incredible aromas of watermelon juice and raspberry with fresh cut strawberries and minerality on the palate. A very easy-drinking wine that can be enjoyed all year round.
Our 2020 Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir shines dark ruby with classic aromas of cherry, limestone and oak. Light tannins hold up flavors of fresh berries, plum and dried herbs. This signature Pinot Noir comes from our own Lafond Vineyard and next door neighbor Burning Creek Ranch.
The 2021 Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir has aromas of gooseberry, raspberry, and cranberry with a hint of black pepper. Dark fruit on the palate with flavors of wild berries, toffee, black cherry, and ground nutmeg. Rich and structured, this wine has beautiful acidity that lingers through to a long, mouthwatering finish.
Our 2020 Reserve Pinot Noir is a beautiful shade of dark ruby, carrying the classic aromas of cherry, limestone and oak. Strong raspberry notes surface on the palate, met by ripe cherry and cedar. Its medium body is built with tannins that perfectly balance the fruit. This is our ultimate Pinot Noir.
Aromas of plum, blackberry, anise, cracked pepper and notes of clove. These scents are echoed on the palate with intensity and depth, offering layers of flavor and very graceful tannins for Petite Sirah, creating an elegant, yet powerful finish with notes of purple fruit and dark chocolate.
Our 2019 Red Blend is composed of 51% Syrah, 39% Primitivo, and 10% Lagrein. This medium-bodied wine has aromas of dark cherry, blackberry jam and toasted oak. Concentrated plum and dark fruit flavors give way to baking spices and dried herbs. A persistent backbone of tannin and acidity adds structure, balance and a lengthy finish on the palate.
