Our 2020 Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir shines dark ruby with classic aromas of cherry, limestone and oak. Light tannins hold up flavors of fresh berries, plum and dried herbs. This signature Pinot Noir comes from our own Lafond Vineyard and next door neighbor Burning Creek Ranch.
Our 2019 Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir has a rich, ruby color with aromas of raspberry and ripe cherry. Subtle notes of cedar are just behind the fruit. Medium-bodied and well-balanced, cherry pie and sweet tobacco cross the palate for a smooth, lingering finish. This Pinot comes from our own Lafond Vineyard and next-door neighbor Burning Creek Ranch.
One of our most popular wines, the 2018 Grenache/Syrah showcases what a beautiful blend can make. Fruit is forward in this bottle with aromas of mixed berry, violet and plum sauce. On the palate is a smooth delivery of fruit and backbone, with a lingering strawberry/spice finish.
A deep, inky purple, our 2017 Lagrein is a full-bodied adventure. Rich character is revealed with a bouquet of blackberry, plum and mocha, leading to flavors of ripe fruit, char and dark chocolate. It's an easy finish, resulting in effortless drinkability.
Our 2018 Reserve Syrah is almost too good to describe: deep garnet with purple undertones, a classic nose of cherry and chalk, rich flavors of dark fruit, spice and oak. It finishes smooth and dry.
Petit Verdot is one of the five noble grapes of Bordeaux. it is known for its rich color and deep, dark fruit. The 2017 Petit Verdot has dense flavors of plum, violets and mocha, layered over tart cherry and blueberry. Strong tannins are tamed by appealing dark berry fruit on the finish.
Our 2018 Grenache is a brilliant shade of cherry with deep red undertones. Fruit and spice are up front, with aromas of fresh berry, eucalyptus and dried herbs. Flavors of strawberry, raspberry and cherry collide with notes of pepper, leading to a dry but fruitful finish.
Our 2019 Red Blend is composed of 51% Syrah, 39% Primitivo, and 10% Lagrein. This medium-bodied wine has aromas of dark cherry, blackberry jam and toasted oak. Concentrated plum and dark fruit flavors give way to baking spices and dried herbs. A persistent backbone of tannin and acidity adds structure, balance and a lengthy finish on the palate.
The 2018 Syrah is inky purple with aromas of blackberry, dried herbs, and white pepper. A blend of both cool and warmer-climate grapes, this wine has a deep richness nicely cut by its acidity. Full-bodied, with flavors of baked blueberries and ripe plum.
Our 2018 Primitivo is an explosion of aromas and flavors. Blackberries, ripe plum and rich earth are on the nose, with flavors of dark fruit and chocolate. This wine is full-bodied with bold tannins.
