Santa Ynez Valley
91 points - Wine Enthusiast
Winemaker Brice McGuire combined the warm and cool climates to create our 2019 Syrah, blending grapes from Joughin Vineyard in Los Olivos with fruit from Lafond Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA. Joughin provides the jammier notes, while Sta. Rita Hills offers spice. This release features 85% Sta. Rita Hills Syrah.

Tasting Notes
The 2019 Syrah is inky purple with aromas of blackberry, dried herbs, and white pepper. A blend of both cool climate and warmer climate grapes, this full-bodied wine has a deep richness nicely cut by its acidity.
