Grapes for our 2019 Grenache/Syrah were sourced from Lafond Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills, a cool-climate area. In cooler climates, both Grenache and Syrah develop spice in their flavor profiles, and the result is a wine with everything: fruit, body, complexity, ever-evolving. The blend is 67% Grenache and 33% Syrah. Grenache provides the red fruit flavors while Syrah provides dark fruit and depth.

Tasting Notes
The 2019 Grenache/Syrah leads with aromas of mixed berry, violet and plum sauce. On the palate is a smooth delivery of fruit and backbone with a lingering strawberry/spice finish.
