Different fermentation techniques were also employed to increase complexity. Big fruit, bright acidity and a smooth finish combine to define one of our trademark wines.

The 2019 Santa Barbara County Chardonnay is pale gold with aromas of apple, lime and faint pineapple. Big flavors of pineapple and Asian pear coat the tongue, leading to a smooth, lingering finish.
