Different fermentation techniques were also employed to increase complexity. Big fruit, bright acidity and a smooth finish combine to define one of our trademark wines.

The 2019 Santa Barbara County Chardonnay is pale gold with aromas of apple, lime and faint pineapple. Big flavors of pineapple and Asian pear coat the tongue, leading to a smooth, lingering finish.

Picked over an almost 4-week span from all parts of Santa Barbara County, this is a true county blend. Different fermentation techniques were used: the barrel fermented component adds richness and texture to the stainless steel's wine.
