Tasting Notes
Petit Verdot is one of the five noble grapes of Bordeaux. It is known for its rich color and deep, dark fruit. The 2018 Petit Verdot has dense flavors of plum, violets and mocha, layered over tart cherry and blueberry. Strong tannins are tamed by appealing dark berry fruit on the finish.

Winemaker Notes
Curtis Vineyard is located five miles north of Los Olivos at the beginning of Foxen Canyon. This is a warm part of the Santa Ynez Valley which produces excellent red wine. Drought conditions intensified the dark, saturated, fruit-forward wine.
