2017 Sparkling Rosé

2017 Sparkling Rosé
Sta. Rita Hills

Continuing his dedication to terroir-driven wine, Winemaker Bruce McGuire sourced Pinot Noir grapes exclusively from the Burning Creek Ranch vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills. Burning Creek Ranch is adjacent to our Lafond vineyards and offers a wide variety of soils, creating significant distinction among the fruit.

Executed in the traditional Methode Champenoise, our 2017 Sparkling Rose' is 100% Pinot Noir and leads with a bouquet of rose petal, strawberry and brioche. Fresh berry, caramel and orange zest then cross the palate for a dry, effervescent finish.
